Association of Caribbean States (ACS) Central American Commission of Maritime Transport (COCATRAM)
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Association of Caribbean States (ACS) with the support the French Agency for Development (AFD) intends to procure the services of a consultancy for the development of a Port and Maritime Strategy for the Greater Caribbean.
The Tender package will be available as of Thursdayday September 26th, 2013 from
Directorate of Transport and Disaster Risk Reduction Association of Caribbean States 5-7 Sweet Briar Road, St. Clair Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago
An electronic copy of the documents will be available. Requests for packages should be made to: portstrategy@acs-aec.org
The entire set of tender documents should be completed in accordance with the provisions of the Request for Proposals and returned to the address indicated in the tender package.
All documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope marked
“Port and Maritime Strategy for the Greater Caribbean”
The package should be deposited at the reception area of the Association of Caribbean States no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday November 15, 2013
Tenders will be publicly opened on, Friday November 15th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Main Conference Room of the Association.

Its Associate Members are Aruba, Curacao, (France on behalf of French Guiana, Saint Barthelemy and Saint Martin ), Guadeloupe, Martinique, Sint Maarten, (The Netherlands on behalf of Bonaire, Saba, and Sint Eustatius ), Turks and Caicos.
