REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

The Association of Caribbean States (ACS) with the support the French Agency for Development (AFD) intends to procure the services of a consultancy for the development of a Port and Maritime Strategy for the Greater Caribbean.

 

The Tender package will be available as of  Thursdayday September 26th, 2013 from

An electronic copy of the documents will be available. Requests for packages should be made to:

The entire set of tender documents should be completed in accordance with the provisions of the Request for Proposals and returned to the address indicated in the tender package.

 

All documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope marked

 

“Port and Maritime Strategy for the Greater Caribbean”

 

 

The package should be deposited at the reception area of the Association of Caribbean States no later than

12:00 p.m. on Friday November 15, 2013

 

 

 Tenders will be publicly opened on, Friday November 15th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Main Conference Room of the Association.
