Around 30 countries from Latin America and the Caribbean met in Panama to develop a regional plan to accelerate coordinated assistance to Haiti. The initiative, led by the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) with support from the United Nations and regional partners, aimed to strengthen collective action and deliver meaningful support to the Haitian population.
