The Association of Caribbean States (ACS) met in Panama to advance the “Action Plan for Humanitarian Assistance and Development in Haiti,” reaffirming regional commitment to strengthen coordination, mobilize resources, and support Haiti through a Steering Committee co-chaired by Haiti and Mexico, with the goal of delivering coordinated and sustainable assistance across the Greater Caribbean.
