ACS and Cuba Reaffirm Commitment to Regional Cooperation and Ocean Governance

ACS Secretary-General, H.E. Noemí Espinoza Madrid, held a productive luncheon meeting with H.E. Gustavo Daniel Véliz Olivares, Ambassador of Cuba to Trinidad and Tobago.
Discussions focused on strengthening the ties between Cuba and the ACS, recognizing Cuba’s leadership as Chair of the Caribbean Sea Commission and its key role in the recent establishment of the Sub-Commission on Sargassum.
