Status of signatures, ratifications, acceptances, approvals, accessions and entry into forceArticle 18. The present Agreement shall come into effect in accordance with the procedurespecified in the Convention – that is to say - upon deposit of instruments of ratification by twothirds(17) of the States mentioned.
