The Association of Caribbean States alongside His Excellency Raul Castro President of the Republic of Cuba, Foreign Affairs officials of the ACS Member States, Associate Member States and Observer countries gathered this morning in Havana, Cuba to convene the 22nd Session of the Ordinary Meeting of the ACS Ministerial Council.
