Signing ceremony of Guadeloupe as Associate Member of the ACS

Secretary General Alfonso Múnera attended the signing ceremony of Gudeloupe as Associate Member of the ACS in its own right. Her Excellency Josette Borel-Lincertin, President of the Regional Council of Guadeloupe, signed on behalf of this French Overseas Territory.
