The Finance Unit, led by the Finance Manager plans and recommends actions relative to the Association’s financial resources, to achieve the mandates as approved by the Ministerial Council. The Finance Manager has the responsibility to develop and monitor systems for the optimal use of the funding available to the Secretariat. This primarily includes, the preparation and monitoring of the Operational Budget; the invoicing and reporting of Voluntary Contributions from the Membership; the preparation and maintenance of the financial records, and other tasks as assigned by the Special Committee on Budget and Administration.
