Saint Lucia is the second largest of the Windward Islands and the capital is Castries. The export of bananas and tourism account for the bulk of foreign exchanges earnings. The agriculture, forestry and fishing sector contributes approximately 7 per cent of the GDP, industry 23 per cent and the services sector 70 per cent.
