ELECTION OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE MINISTERIAL COUNCIL

 

The Ministerial Council

Pursuant to:

  1. Article XI, numbers 1 and 2 of the Convention Establishing the Association.

2. The Agreement No. 9/95 approved by the Ministerial Council in the meeting held in Guatemala City, Guatemala, on December 1, 1995.

Hereby agrees that:

The Executive Board of the Ministerial Council which begins its term of office at the end of the IV Ordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council, and ends its term of office at the end of the V Meeting of the Ministerial Council will be composed by the Government of Haiti as Chairman, The Government of Suriname as Vice Chairman and the Government of Guatemala as Rapporteur.
