AGREEMENT WHICH NOTES THE SECRETARY GENERAL’S REPORT AND APPROVES THE SECRETARIAT’S WORK PROGRAMME

The Ministerial Council,

Having seen:

1. Articles XIV, paragraph 3 and XV of the Convention Establishing the Association;

2. Agreement No. 1/97, approved by the Ministerial Council at the Third Ordinary Meeting held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, on November 28, 1997;

3. The Secretary General’s Report on 1998’ s activities ;

HEREBY AGREES TO:

1. Take note of the Report presented by the Secretary General to the Fourth Ordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council. (Annex I)

2. Approve the Work Programme of the Secretariat for 1999, in accordance with Annex II.
