ELECTION OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE

MINISTERIAL COUNCIL

The Ministerial Council,

Pursuant to :

  1. Article IX, items 1 and 2 of the Convention Establishing the Association;
  2. Agreement No. 9/95 approved by the Ministerial Council at its meeting in Havana, Cuba on December 13, 1996;

 

Hereby Agrees :

The Executive Board of the Ministerial Council, from the close of the Third Ordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council to the close of the Fourth Ordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council, shall be comprised of the Government of the Republic of Guatemala as Chairman, the Government of the Republic of Cuba as Vice-Chairman and the Government of Barbados as Rapporteur.
