The Ministerial Council:
PURSUANT TO:
Article XI of the Convention establishing the ACS;
Agreement No. 9/95, (III), of the Norms and Procedures of the Ministerial Council of the Association of Caribbean States,
AGREES:
1. To accept the invitation of Colombia to host the Third Ordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Association of Caribbean States in the city of Cartagena de Indias between October 15 and November 15, 1997.
