AGREEMENT ON THE PROTOCOL ON THE PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES OF
THE ASSOCIATION OF CARIBBEAN STATES

The Ministerial Council:

PURSUANT TO:

Article XVII (1) of the Convention establishing the Association of Caribbean States,

AGREES:

1) That the Member States and Associated Members of the Association may submit all relevant comments on the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the Association within a period of forty-five (45) days following the date in which this decision is adopted.

2) That the changes proposed by any Member country shall be conveyed to and considered by the Ministerial Council.

3) That the Draft Protocol will be considered accepted by any and all countries which, within a period of forty-five (45) days, fail to submit any comment thereon.
